Note: Bans for things like cheating, hacking, extreme cases of repeated bug abuse or code of conduct breaches, etc. are usually permanent. An appeal won’t change this.

Does Breachers support account linking?
Yes! If you own Breachers on more than one platform you can link your accounts together and pick one primary account to play with on other platforms. This also gives you a combined inventory of all the items you own on your linked accounts.
To control your account linking settings, visit https://account.triangle-factory.be/breachers.
Why do I see three dots when attempting to boot the game?
This means something went wrong when installing the game. Please uninstall and reinstall thegame.
If on a Meta Quest headset, make sure to wait 30 seconds before booting the game for the first time after installation. Sometimes, the installation state is dismissed too early, while in reality it’s still installing, which then leads to the three dot problem.
Why do I get stuck in an infinite black loading screen when trying to join matches?
Unfortunately, with 95% of users facing this issue, this turns out to be a problem with their ISP (Internet Service Provider). Check / do the following things to fix this issue:
- Check the date/time of your device, and the date and time of your router. If these are set wrong, it’s possible this issue manifests itself. Change them both to the correct time, restart both, and try again.
If that doesn’t work:
- Contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider) and ask them to disable CG NAT on your connection if enabled.
- This is the most common fix we have for players with this issue, opting out of CG NAT with their ISP.
- If your ISP has CG NAT enabled on your connection, and doesn’t allow you opting out it,the only way to fix this issue is to switch ISPs…
- If you have the ability to create a mobile hotspot (and your mobile internet provider isn’t the same as your ISP at home), you can also try playing connected to that.
- If you have no issues connecting through a mobile hotspot, this is 100% an ISP issue.
- In many cases this is not a suitable long-term solution.
Known ISPs that have caused issues in the past:
- Exetel (Australia)
- Hotnet (Israel)
- SFR (France)
How can I fix my Audio issues?
First and foremost, always check if there have been Vivox outages or maintenances, odds are if those happened during the time you fill out our Support Form, the issues will likely be fixed before you receive a response.

Is that not the issue?
I can hear people, they can’t hear me:
- Check if you have unmuted yourself from the pause menu.
- Check if you don’t have push to talk enabled in the in-game options.
- Check if the microphone of your headset isn’t muted in the OS of your device.
- Check if the game has received all the necessary permissions in the headset’s settings
- Check if the game needs to be updated, if yes, update the game.
- Try uninstalling and reinstalling the game.
People can hear me, but I can’t hear them:
- Check if the volume slider for call audio in the headset is off, if it is, turn it up.
- Check if the game has received all the necessary permissions in the headset’s settings.
- Check if the game needs to be updated, if yes, update the game.
- Try uninstalling and reinstalling the game.
Voice Chat doesn’t work at all:
- Check if the game has received all the necessary permissions in the headset’s settings.
- Try uninstalling and reinstalling the game.
- Check if the game needs to be updated, if yes, update the game.
Why do I get Authentication Errors, and how do I solve them?
This usually means the login credentials of the account have expired, or something is prohibiting the game to check these credentials.
Authentication Error (Meta):
- Resync your headset with the Meta Quest app on a smartphone.
- If that doesn’t work, log out on the Meta Quest app on your smartphone, log back in, and resync with your headset.
- If on desktop, log out of the Oculus desktop app, and log back in.
- If that doesn’t work, uninstall and reinstall the Oculus desktop app to try again.
- If you’re using an antivirus program, make sure Breachers is whitelisted there.
- Check the system time on your device and/or network router, and make sure it is not set to adate in the past or the future.
- Connect to a mobile hotspot, created by a smartphone or PC, to see if you can get in. After you got in, that should be the end of the issue and you will no longer require the mobile hotspot.
Error Code 11: Validating Access Token (Meta):
- Resync your headset with the Meta Quest app on a smartphone.
- If that doesn’t work, log out on the Meta Quest app on your smartphone, log back in, and resync with your headset.
- If on desktop, log out of the Oculus desktop app, and log back in.
- If that doesn’t work, uninstall and reinstall the Oculus desktop app to try again.
- If you’re using an antivirus program, make sure Breachers is whitelisted there.
- If all that doesn’t work, a Factory Reset of the headset is what you can try last.
