FAQ

How do I find my in-game support code?

Navigate to “Options” > Click the “Profile” tab > Click “Click to Reveal”

Why can’t I rename my username?

In Hyper Dash, the cooldown on changing your username is 24 hours. In the event you made amistake, it’s best to wait out the 24-hour cooldown, as it is unlikely you’ll get an answer from our Support Form before the cooldown runs out.

How to get my missing items into my inventory?

If you’ve bought a DLC, or an item in the in-game store, and it is not showing up in your inventory, please restart the game. Going through the login flow again should award you the items you purchased.

Can I get my ban appealed?

Only contact us through the Support Form if you feel like your ban was not warranted. Mistakes can happen. In any cases where the player has indeed broken our code of conduct in any shape or form, their given punishment will not be reverted.

Note: Bans for things like cheating, hacking, extreme cases of repeated bug abuse or code of conduct breaches, etc. are usually permanent. An appeal won’t change this.

Why do I see three dots when attempting to boot the game?

This means something went wrong when installing the game. Please uninstall and reinstall the game.

If on a Meta Quest headset, make sure to wait 30 seconds before booting the game for the first time after installation. Sometimes, the installation state is dismissed too early, while in reality it’s still installing, which then leads to the three dot problem.

How do I fix my height calibration?

Standardized Height has been in the game for a while. If you have any troubles with Height Calibration, head to the “Height Calibration” settings in the game’s option. You can also launch the game while sitting or standing (depending on what you want) from the Meta / Steam menus. Same goes for Pico headsets.

I’m getting Error Codes.
What do they mean, and how can I solve them?

  • Error Code -1 : Usually, this means we’re performing maintenance. Try again at a later time.
  • NotFound 404: Try again, and if it doesn’t work after a few times, reinstall the game.
  • NotAllowed 405 and InvalidState 410: Reinstall the game.
  • Internal 500: The game suffered an internal error, please reinstall the game.
  • ConnectionTimeout 599: This is usually a problem with the player’s internet connection. Make sure your connection is stable. You can also try to see if you have the same issue when connecting through a mobile hotspot. If that works, then this is likely an issue with your internet connection at home or your ISP (Internet Service Provider).
  • Token 402 Errors (MissingToken (1), InvalidToken (2), ExpiredToken (3), InvalidAccountType(4), InvalidAccount (5), InvalidStoreAccount (6), InvalidSignature (7))
    • Close game, and uninstall Hyper Dash
    • If on Meta:
      • Resync your headset with the Meta Quest app on a smartphone.
        • If that doesn’t work, log out of the Meta Quest app on your smartphone, log back in,and resync with your headset.
      • If on desktop, log out of the Oculus desktop app, and log back in.
        • If that doesn’t work, uninstall and reinstall the Oculus desktop app to try again.
        • If you’re using an antivirus program, make sure Hyper Dash is whitelisted there.
    • If on Steam:
      • Log out of Steam, restart Steam, log back in, and try again.
      • If you’re using an antivirus program, make sure Breachers is whitelisted there.
    • Follow similar steps if on Pico headsets.
